The Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Gyeonggi Innovation Center') announced on the 19th that the Gyeonggi Innovation Center completed the selection of 16 companies for the ‘4th KB Unicorn Club’ with KB Kookmin Bank and held a launching ceremony successfully on the 18th.
The ‘KB Unicorn Club’, which started in 2021 as part of KB Kookmin Bank’s social contribution, is now in its fourth year and KB Kookmin Bank selected 11 companies with a competition rate of 37.2:1 through open recruitment (KB Founders Club Track). All evaluations were conducted as an investment review+ process, and not only the Gyeonggi Innovation Center, but also external investors such as KB Investment, BLISSVINE VENTURES, and Danal Investment Partners participated to strengthen the investment linkage function.

Furthermore, five additional companies were selected through recommendation recruitment (KB Global Star Club Track) for growth companies that are expected the global expansion and EXIT. A total of six companies were additionally supported compared to the previous (10 companies), and it has become a specialized promotion program for next-generation unicorn companies that creates future growth engines through new industries.

The companies finally selected are ▲ DY ENG(CEO Shin Dong-yeob), ▲ Root Sensor(CEO Cho Seong-je), ▲ MarinaChain(CEO Kim Da-won), ▲ STYLEmate(CEO Han Sang-hee), ▲ Studio Galileo(CEO Kim Hyun-myung), ▲ EverIndus(CEO Park Ji-hoon), ▲ FLC(CEO Woo Jung-beom ), ▲ YGM(CEO Lee Young-gwan), ▲ EA PHOS(CEO Moon Yong-su), ▲ INSUDEAL(CEO Lee Nam-soo ), ▲ Intellectus(CEO Kim Seung-wook, Ko Seon-gyu ), ▲ ZConverter Cloud(CEO Min Dong-jun), ▲KL Cube(CEO Kim Jong-hwa ), ▲ Cuprum Materials(CEO Seo Jong-hyun), ▲ TOXION(CEO Choi Young-hoon), ▲ TIM Robotics(CEO Baek Seung-min).

The selected companies will be provided with follow-up support, including ▲ Gyeonggi Center investment review and TIPS linkage, ▲ linkage with external investors, ▲ in-depth mentoring by experts, ▲ provision of free office space in Pangyo, Gyeonggi-do, ▲ promotion, and ▲ linkage with customized acceleration programs for excellent companies only.
On this day, KB Kookmin Bank ESG Win-Win Office, Pangyo Financial Center, and Gachon University visiting professor Park Jong-gak (Seongnam City council member, Doctor of business administration, KPC Coaching) attended the launching ceremony to encourage companies.

An official from the Gyeonggi Innovation Center said, "Thank you for showing a lot of interest in the KB Unicorn Club," and added, "We will actively support promoting unicorn companies through continuous cooperation with KB Kookmin Bank."
